Mahmud Ali Kasuri Welfare Trust

Mahmud Ali Kasuri (MAK) Welfare Trust is a non-profit organisation registered under the Societies Act 1860, Pakistan. MAK Welfare Trust was established in 1994 as an independent organisation that works towards the development and uplift of the underserved.

The Trust and its key donors, Beaconhouse Group, the Kasuri family, and Beaconhouse employees, have consistently supported community uplift and responded with meaningful contributions during natural disasters and humanitarian crises.

Beaconhouse National University

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is Pakistan’s first not-for-profit Liberal Arts University, founded in 2003 and was granted the degree awarding charter by the Government of the Punjab in 2005.

The university comprises eight schools, each specialising in its own distinct discipline: Visual Arts & Design, Architecture, Media & Communication, Management Sciences, Liberal Arts & Social Sciences, Computer & IT, Education, Institute of Psychology.

BNU prides itself in counting amongst its faculty visionary pedagogues, many renowned artists and designers, seasoned curators, international development experts, authors with published research and established practices, cutting across geo-cultural boundaries, and in sync with globally prevailing ideas and narratives.

Premier Diverse Learning Concepts

Premier Diverse Learning Concepts (PDLC) is a training and consultancy unit of the Beaconhouse Group that collaborates with the public sector to develop and improve education frameworks and implement impactful initiatives. With nearly five decades of educational excellence, PDLC seeks opportunities through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) to contribute to quality education and professional development for sustainable growth.

As its scope and impact have expanded, PDLC has worked to bridge the quality divide between public and private education by professionally developing over 133,000 teachers, school leaders, and administrators, and managing operations of 52 public schools through PPPs. This initiative has successfully advanced its mission, with over 440,000 students assessed, approximately 1,200 schools surveyed, and 12,000 students enrolled under PPP schools. Backed by a team of seasoned professionals, PDLC envisions itself at the forefront of this educational transformation.

SOT Events

School of Tomorrow (SOT) is an annual conference series initiated by Beaconhouse Group to explore and redefine the future of education. Since its inception in 2000, SOT has served as a platform for global thought leaders including educators, policymakers, and innovators—to engage in discussions on topics such as learning paradigms, technology integration, and social inclusion. The event aims to foster critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a shared vision for a more inclusive and expressive world.
