Mahmud Ali Kasuri Welfare Trust
Mahmud Ali Kasuri (MAK) Welfare Trust is a non-profit organisation registered under the Societies Act 1860, Pakistan. MAK Welfare Trust was established in 1994 as an independent organisation that works towards the development and uplift of the underserved.
The Trust and its key donors, Beaconhouse Group, the Kasuri family, and Beaconhouse employees, have consistently supported community uplift and responded with meaningful contributions during natural disasters and humanitarian crises.
Premier Diverse Learning Concepts
Premier Diverse Learning Concepts (PDLC) is a training and consultancy unit of the Beaconhouse Group that collaborates with the public sector to develop and improve education frameworks and implement impactful initiatives. With nearly five decades of educational excellence, PDLC seeks opportunities through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) to contribute to quality education and professional development for sustainable growth.
As its scope and impact have expanded, PDLC has worked to bridge the quality divide between public and private education by professionally developing over 133,000 teachers, school leaders, and administrators, and managing operations of 52 public schools through PPPs. This initiative has successfully advanced its mission, with over 440,000 students assessed, approximately 1,200 schools surveyed, and 12,000 students enrolled under PPP schools. Backed by a team of seasoned professionals, PDLC envisions itself at the forefront of this educational transformation.

Beaconhouse Research in Education
Beaconhouse Research in Education (BRE) aims to promote a culture of research and collaboration by providing opportunities for researchers to explore innovative educational methodologies, conduct impactful studies, and share findings that drive educational excellence.
BRE facilitates research at the school level and engages with external institutions to contribute to enhancing the state of education in Pakistan.
It has facilitated action research practices in Beaconhouse schools, encouraging teachers to collect data to solve problems identified in their classes and work processes to further improve teaching and learning.
Findings from research are collated and shared with all Beaconhouse schools, enabling improvements at the school network level.

Beaconhouse International Residency for Teachers
Beaconhouse International Residency for Teachers is a one-year paid programme for undergraduates, postgraduate/master’s graduates from diverse disciplines, and early career or newly qualified teachers (ECTs and NQTs). It offers practical teaching experience at Beaconhouse, one of the largest educational networks in the world.
This residency offers a unique opportunity to refine teaching skills, engage with international best practices, and contribute to shaping young minds.
